Be Our Guest Dinner Review

On our last trip to Disney World we were able to snag a dining reservation to one of the newest restaurants in Magic Kingdom- Be Our Guest. It was very shocking to us because we had heard that it was nearly impossible to get  reservation here, but we were able to get one no problem. With that being said if you are reading this and you want to go to Be Our Guest it would be a good idea to make reservations 180 days before your trip. From what our friends and others say it is really hard to get reservatinos to this restaurant at the time you want it.

Epcot Update: Maelstrom to be replaced

Well the rumors you hear are true. Epcot is going to start getting a taste of Disney Princesses very quickly. Disney announced on Friday the Maelstrom attraction in Epcot will be replaced by a Frozen theme attraction. Disney's official announcement is below.

"We've made "Frozen" a part of the guest experience in a number of ways already and our guests have both loved and asked for more. So I'm pleased to say that we're starting construction at Walt Disney World Resort on a brand new "Frozen" attraction at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot. The new attraction, which replaces Maelstrom, will take our guest to Arendelle and immerse them in many of their favorite moments and music from the film. The pavilion will also include a royal greeting location where Anna and Elsa can meet our guests. We think these "Frozen" elements are great complements to the Norway Pavilion, which showcases the country and region that inspired the film."

Maelstrom's last day of operation will be October 5th. This new "Frozen" attraction is scheduled to open early 2016. There has been no details given yet about this new attraction.

Do you think Maelstrom should stay? Like the thought of a new Frozen attraction? Let us know! Comment below!

Most Underrated Attractions at Walt Disney World

When going to Walt Disney World there are obviously many attractions that are MUSTS! You can see all of our Top attractions from each park throughout our blog, but this particular post is about the most underrate attractions at the park. You might here people say these are "boring" or "a place to take a nap". We think otherwise! Below is a list of what we believe are the most underrated attractions at Walt Disney World.
1. Laugh Floor
At the Magic Kingdom there is a certain attraction where you can enter an entirely different world full of monsters! At the Laugh Floor you walk through the doors out of Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom and into the best comedy club in Monstropolis! This attraction is set up as a stage show and throughout the show different monsters will come and tell their best jokes to date! The great thing about this show is that every time the monsters will tell different jokes. You will even be able to text a joke in yourself and if you are lucky the monsters might read it! This is a very underrated attraction in Magic Kingdom and we suggest not missing it at all!

Fastpass to History: The Hunchback of Notre Dame- A Musical Adventure

Once upon a time in a far away land call Hollywood Studios there was a stage show that took you straight back to Fifteenth Century France. Here you would be able to see characters from the Disney film Hunchback of Notre Dame. This musical rendition followed the story line of the animated film. Many guest filled the seats from its debut on June 21st 1996 to see the story of Quasimodo and Esmeralda. Below is a full video of the show!

This show ran for 6 years in Hollywood Studios until it finally shut the curtains on September 28th 2002.Although C & K were never able to experience this show, we are very appreciative of this film and what history it brought to Walt Disney World!

Did you ever see this show? We would love to hear your experience seeing it if you have!

Top Attractions in Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom is the fourth and final park of Walt Disney World. Although there are literally TONS of things to do it has gotten the reputation as a "half-day" park. Even we have fallen victims of stay a half day here and not taking advantage of everything that could be done here. We would recommend that you attempt to take full advantage of making the most of Animal Kingdom. Also, be on the lookout for additions to this park, such as River of Lights, which will make this truly a full day park. Here are our top attractions in Animal Kingdom!

1. Expedition Everest
This ride is one of C & K's favorites on Disney World property. Expedition Everest takes you on a journey from the bottom of Mount Everest to the very tip top and straight back down. Along the way you hear the story of the Yeti! There are tips and tricks of how to stay alive right before you get on the train to the top. Although this trip looks safe, you might want to pay attention and not run into the monster!

PBS To Air Documentary On Walt Disney

This past Tuesday, July 22nd, PBS announced a documentary will be coming that will spotlight the life of Walt Disney. This will air in the fall of 2015. The title "Walt Disney" will be a two night-four hour film that will document the life of Walt. According to the press released by PBS and AMERICAN EXPERIENCE, this documentary will have exclusive footage of Walt Disney from the family archives. It will also take  a look at the making of Disney's first animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This film is being directed and produced by Sarah Colt and written by Mark Zwonitzer.  If you would like to read the entire press release from CBS Click here.

We believe this documentary looks remarkable, but we would like to hear your opinion! Are you excited for this? Do you believe they will not do as good of job as could happen? Tell us what you think!

Yo-Ho Yo-Ho a pirates life for me! Well that pirate life is going to have to wait a little while before actually taking action. Disney announced today that the 5th, yes 5th, installment of Pirates of the Caribbean will debut on July 7th of 2017! 3 years is an extremely long time to wait for this movie. Although it is a long time, C & K are very excited for this because it is one of our favorites. Be on the lookout through your pirate scope for more updates as we hear them!

Do you love Pirates of the Caribbean? Is the ride better than the movies? Let us know!

Top Attractions in Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is a wonderful Disney park to venture to especially if you are a HUGE movie fan. This park is usually the first park that we hit every single trip. Sometimes it is because of the food found in the park, but most of it comes from the awesome attractions that are in this park! Here are our top attractions in Hollywood Studios!

1. Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
As we stated yesterday, Tower of Terror celebrated 20 years of existence. For 20 years this awesome thrill ride has been dropping people from the top of the tower to there doom! Or just to the exit. The story of Tower of Terror is the aspect of this ride that puts it over the top. When you walk into the lobby it looks like it has been abandoned. Before you get on the ride, you understand what has happened to this fictional hotel by taking a look at the television show The Twilight Zone. This is the 2nd tallest ride on Disney World property and is one of C & K's favorites! Do not miss this drop!

Tiggerific Tuesday Disney Trivia

Did you know that Bill Farmer, the official voice of Goofy, consistently goes into Disneyland  and talks in the voice of Goofy to unknowing children and adults! We recently met Bill and his wife and had dinner with them. He said it was fun to walk around the park talking as Goofy and when people turn around they are confused because Goofy is not there. He also said it makes children's time more magical as they are visiting Disneyland, even if they are unsure where Goofy's voice is coming from!

Welcome back to the weekly blog hop, TIGGERIFIC TUESDAY TRIVIA, hosted by Magical Mouse Schoolhouse, My Dreams of Disney, and Heidi's Head! Disney Babies Blog is on hiatus from Tiggerific Tuesday right now, but we hope our friends will return to hop...or bounce with us again soon!

Here's how it works: We post an interesting Disney trivial tidbit. You do likewise on your blog and then come link up your post on the linky below. Let's have fun and see what "fantasmic" Disney info we can learn!
